What is Boxing?
Boxing involves fighting with boxing gloves, often focusing on the upper half of the body. Kickboxing brings in the lower half of the body with kicks and additional footwork.
Muay Thai is a form of martial arts that involves striking techniques (without gloves). Private boxing classes may include mixed martial arts and work with a sparring partner.
