Our pros come from Olympic backgrounds, professional sports, and some of the highest sought-after fitness instructors in their respective areas, including general training.
What Does Training Include?
General fitness training sessions would be tailored to fit the clients’ needs. In general, training would cover areas of fitness including core exercises, aerobic fitness, strength training, balance training, and flexibility and stretching.
Strength training would likely include weight training, depending on the client’s individual goals.
